- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When we entered into a construction loan with them they were promised to watch rates and provide lock options starting 90-days in advance. That never happened and instead rates climbed substantially over the period. They are poor communicators. There are many mortgage choices in the Twin Cities so I would stay away from these people.
