- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very bad experience, took a year to get my taxes done with this people. Still i stayed with them only to have a year and half go by with them having my 2012 and not do anything with them or my sales and use tax filing during that period too. Would never recommend to anybody! During that period i called numerous times to no avail and didnt get a return call! Guess my business isn't big enough for them, don't know why they call themselves the Small Biz Pros!By Joel Rodriguez, June 21, 2017
